We could not be more pleased with our experience with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate and especially our realtor Liz. Communication was outstanding and even when we had requests and circumstances that were a little “outside the ordinary“, Liz and Lori simply found a way to make things happen. When it came for the dreaded punchlist, we were so grateful that Liz and her team had the resources and contacts to help us out. That was a huge help and took a lot of stress and worrying out of the process. Speaking of worrying, there was one point when I was concerned about something, so I called Liz. Her response was “Hey, let me do the worrying for you". And she did! Honestly, those may be the most comforting words a seller can hear.
