We could not be more pleased with our experience with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate and especially our realtor Liz. Communication was outstanding and even when we had requests and circumstances that were a little “outside the ordinary“, Liz and Lori simply found a way to make things happen. When it came for the dreaded punchlist, we were so grateful that Liz and her team had the resources and contacts to help us out. That was a huge help and took a lot of stress and worrying out of the process. Speaking of worrying, there was one point when I was concerned about something, so I called Liz. Her response was “Hey, let me do the worrying for you". And she did! Honestly, those may be the most comforting words a seller can hear. We always felt like we had someone in our corner who is paying attention, solving problems, and keeping things moving. The Mary Cheatham King Team was excellent to work with from pre-listing to closing and beyond! We worked with Alyssa Wallace and team. Alyssa and the MCKRE team were extremely professional from pre-listing activities all of the way through post-closing tasks (eg, returning our Spectrum equipment on behalf of us after closing). The pricing strategy was on-point - it was a joint effort between our ideal closing price as the sellers and the list price her professional team recommended. We received 2 offers within the first 48 hours of MLS go-live and ended up closing over listing price. The team took care of scheduling a pre-listing home inspection, took amazing photos and drone photography and held our hands along the way. They were always responsive and helpful.
