No matter what situation arose, she remained calm, respectful, and professional. What we appreciate most is that her commitment to us did not end when we closed on our home. She continues to stay in touch and help us when issues arise. As the go-between with the builder, she takes the time to communicate our concerns and work toward getting them resolved. She has a genuine desire to find solutions. Knowing that she is still there to help has meant so much to us. We've done about a dozen real estate transactions now, and we've never come across a more impressive firm than Mary Cheatham King. We were initially skeptical of accepting dual representation, but our agent, Laura Montocchio, quickly put our minds at ease. Every step of the way, we knew that she had our back, and her firm's relationship with the developer made things smoother and quicker than we've experienced in other closings. Laura and Pati responded within minutes every time we had a question, and more often than not, *they* were the ones reaching out proactively to keep us updated.
