Alyssa and the MCKRE team were extremely professional from pre-listing activities all of the way through post-closing tasks (eg, returning our Spectrum equipment on behalf of us after closing). The pricing strategy was on-point - it was a joint effort between our ideal closing price as the sellers and the list price her professional team recommended. We received 2 offers within the first 48 hours of MLS go-live and ended up closing over listing price. The team took care of scheduling a pre-listing home inspection, took amazing photos and drone photography and held our hands along the way. They were always responsive and helpful. A standard has been set by this team. We joke that our home is probably the lowest price home that the team has ever listed but they never made us feel that way.
