The team worked quickly and hard to help me find the perfect home I was looking for.

Annie Peters and the Mary Cheatham King team were incredible! I just closed on a property in Morehead City after a couple of months of looking. Annie and the team acted with urgency, care, and had prompt communication throughout the process. The team knows the area very well and was able to help advise me throughout to make sure I found the perfect spot for me. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell to commit to working with them!

My husband and I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Laura and her amazing team at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. Throughout the entire process, from the initial search to negotiating the deal, the entire team made sure we were always informed and confident about every decision. When it came to the closing process, Annie handled all the details to make sure it was a smooth transition. We highly recommend the MCKRE team. Their professionalism, dedication, and expertise were invaluable in finding our dream home

We had the very best experience when working with Christina Fulcher at MCK. She assisted us in selling our investment property in Atlantic Beach. Christina, Sheila, and the MCK team made the whole process very simple. At times, I worried that all of this seemed a little “too easy.” The results exceeded my expectations and it was proven that our transaction could be that easy and very satisfying. I was most impressed by Christina’s tough negotiation skills. It was clear to me that she is seasoned in selling property and that all of her home sales recorded indeed translated into expertise. Christina secured many offers in the first few days our house hit the market. We received top value for our investment property. I would recommend Christina to anyone who wants far reaching marketing on their property, ease in the home selling process, and big financial results. We will use Christina again!

They were all professional, knowledgeable and experienced down to every detail. Moving is difficult and their entire team made it seamless. Laura is a top agent !
