She always kept my best interest first throughout the entire purchase. A true professional. Once I entered the contract phase, Kaitlan handed to ball over to Annie. Annie is amazing. She NEVER failed. At times I thought there were 2 Annie's! One of the kindest, focused, energetic person I have ever had the pleasure of having on my side.
