My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Laura Montocchio of Mary Cheatham King Real Estate and the team of people that helped us (Pati, Blair, Brittany, etc) buy a sound front condo in Indian Beach. We've done about a dozen real estate transactions now, and we've never come across a more impressive firm than Mary Cheatham King. We were initially skeptical of accepting dual representation, but our agent, Laura Montocchio, quickly put our minds at ease. Every step of the way, we knew that she had our back, and her firm's relationship with the developer made things smoother and quicker than we've experienced in other closings.
