My wife and I recently moved to the Crystal Coast from Tucson, Arizona. Laura is one of those rare people who has a winning combination of intelligence/knowledge/expertise mixed with genuine warmth/caring/kindness. She made the entire home search process very easy and enjoyable. I think it's because Laura really listens to people. Consequently, we felt heard and cared for from start to finish. And it was obvious from the beginning that she is an absolute expert on buying a house in this market. She helped us find the exact right home for us and then expertly negotiated the deal. Laura is simply the best. She helped us buy a beach house in Emerald Isle this spring, and we were consistently impressed. We didn’t know any realtors in the area, but my wife had heard of Laura at the hair salon (here in Raleigh). We called her out of the blue, and let me tell you, it was easily the best decision we made in the home-buying process. She was amazing every step of the way (negotiating the offer, coordinating the six million things you do when buying a beach house, and especially communicating in a timely manner [one is left to wonder when—and if—she sleeps]).
