The Mary Cheatham King Team was excellent to work with from pre-listing to closing and beyond! We worked with Alyssa Wallace and team. Alyssa and the MCKRE team were extremely professional from pre-listing activities all of the way through post-closing tasks (eg, returning our Spectrum equipment on behalf of us after closing). The pricing strategy was on-point - it was a joint effort between our ideal closing price as the sellers and the list price her professional team recommended.
