My grandparents have been looking for a home in Carteret County. They are uncomfortable with technology and the MCKRE team has jumped through hoops to help them communicate. I can not thank them enough for going out of their way to make sure they have the information they need about listings in Carteret County. Five stars for patience and service!

MCK and her staff not only talk the talk, they walk the walk! The best, on levels professional & personal.

My husband and I had the best experience working with Kelly Hefferon and her amazing team (Annie, Mackenzie, Belinda and Lisa). We were purchasing a house in Beaufort but we live out of town. Kelly and her team worked so hard to make the process so easy for us! I never worried about being out of state because they literally took care of everything! They are great communicators, professional, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with! Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to work with Laura Montocchio and Annie Peters at MCKRE on our latest military move from Tampa to Cape Carteret!Due to our extremely busy schedules and the pending sale of our previous home, we were unable to do any house hunting in person, so we relied entirely on their expertise and guidance as we narrowed down our choices. They met with us early on via Zoom to get a feel for what we were looking for and they were super flexible in doing FaceTime showings at times that worked with our schedules. In the end, we decided to purchase a new build that was nearing completion and the ladies bent over backwards liaising with the seller’s agent and builder to ensure that we were able to select finishes so we would get exactly what we wanted. They also helped us to roll with the punches when our VA loan hit a couple very weird appraisal snags that pushed back our closing date and caused some last minute (almost comical) drama. They were very responsive, knowledgable, supportive, and kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process. So grateful to have had them on our team!Highly recommend!

Over the past few months I've had the opportunity of connecting to and networking with Blair at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. As a new resident to Morehead City and business professional working in property management I have found so much support from Blair and MCKRE's social media. I have been impressed with this company's interest in helping other small business owners. The weekly MC coffee posts are informative and generous exposure to all of us trying to build value and clients. Hats off to Mary Cheatham and her entire team for caring about our community and the success of others businesses

Blair Van Coutren is an outstanding agent. She is very knowledgeable about the Crystal Coast and is great at matching our needs to real estate opportunities.
