I am incredibly impressed ...

I am incredibly impressed by the local support and presence in the community. It's great to see a business so invested in the community and that kind of integrity speaks volumes about how they handle their clients.

Without question the most ...

Without question the most knowledgeable and professional group in the business! Mary Cheatham‘s team makes the process easy and has so many connections in Carteret County that it felt like my condo was sold before we listed it. Highly recommend working with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate!! Thank you for everything you did for Me and my family.

We bought a house ...

We bought a house at the beach and Laura Montocchio, at MCKRE was our agent. Laura and her team did a fantastic job. They worked around our schedules and weekends, followed up promptly and assisted with all aspects of buying our home. They were great at recommending inspectors, contractors, etc and coordinated all of that. Very professional and thoughtful throughout the process.

They found a buyer ...

They found a buyer and I had an offer the day after my home went live. We closed within a two week period. I especially appreciate how they walked me through each step and gave me grace when I was emotional selling after twenty seven years. I am truly grateful to them.
