Working with Mary Cheatham King has been an outstanding experience. They have been my agents for 3 years. They have guided me through the buying & selling process with lots of patience & exceptional knowledge. I will always choose MCK for all my real estate needs. Thank you to the entire crew! I consider you all family ❤️

Our first inclination was to sell our condo ourselves. But once we met with Dara from Mary Cheatham King, we realized that we just didn't have the knowledge and expertise needed to do so. The entire team from MCK was fabulous. There was clear communication and all questions were answered promptly. Our property was on the market for only about 2 weeks before we had a contract. In hindsight, had we decided to sell it ourselves, there is a possibility that it would still be on the market and we would have had MANY sleepless nights worrying about it. We highly recommend Mary Cheatham King - Keller Williams Realty, Inc. If you want to feel that you are working with a friend instead of making a business transaction, ask for Dara. She is fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience working with Christina and the MCKRE team. Their market expertise and understanding of buyer behaviors made listing and selling my home a breeze. The team’s collaborative approach and excellent communication skills allowed me to smoothly complete the transaction remotely, which was critical. Overall extremely pleased with MCKRE!

The recent sale of our home was a smooth and seamless process thanks to the professional and highly experienced team at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. Liz Waine and her team's guidance was above and beyond in every way. From our initial contact with Liz all the way to closing we were at ease and confident and could not be happier with our entire experience. Liz, Lori and the entire MCK team are highly recommended!
