We live over 200 miles from the house in Newport, and had been renting the house to tenants that left a huge mess when they moved out last year. Christina and her team helped to coordinate the many extensive repairs that were needed just to make the house look presentable. We would definitely use these folks again!

Our experience with Annie and Laura at Mary Cheatham King was great! We were looking for a primary home, on the island, on a tight budget which is a tall order. They were professional, helped us remain patient and strategic, so that after years of looking we were able to close on our forever home. We felt supported through the entire process and we never felt like we were being pushed into any decision.
