Laura is simply the best. She helped us buy a beach house in Emerald Isle this spring, and we were consistently impressed. We didn’t know any realtors in the area, but my wife had heard of Laura at the hair salon (here in Raleigh). We called her out of the blue, and let me tell you, it was easily the best decision we made in the home-buying process. She was amazing every step of the way (negotiating the offer, coordinating the six million things you do when buying a beach house, and especially communicating in a timely manner [one is left to wonder when—and if—she sleeps]). We would have been lost! Our thanks to Laura, Pati, and the entire team!

Laura and Pati were amazing! They were there every step of the way and made the process so simple. Would recommend to anyone!

"Five stars isn’t enough! From our very first meeting to closing day, Alyssa Wallace, Amanda Mullins, and Lori Harbin with the rest of the team at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate made selling our home an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. Their deep knowledge of the market, flawless attention to detail, and constant communication kept us completely at ease every step of the way. They handled every transition with absolute professionalism and genuinely cared about getting us the best result. If you want a seamless real estate experience with someone you can truly trust, look no further!"

MCKRE did a wonderful job representing us in the purchase of our second home in Morehead City. They covered all the bases and made the process of closing thorough and easy.

Highly recommend working with this firm and specifically with Alyssa Wallace. Mary Cheatham King’s firm offered true in-house concierge service with assistance setting up home repairs, inspections and numerous other items that saved us a ton of labor. Thank you Alyssa and your team for helping us get our home sold quickly.

We recently purchased a home in Carteret County with the assistance of the Mary Cheatham King Real Estate group and could not have asked for a better experience. Specifically we worked with Kelly Hefferon, Blair Van Coutren, Makenzie Ethridge and Allison Arnold throughout the process. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to superior customer service was very evident, and they always had our best interest as their first priority. Every phone call, text message or email I sent was responded to promptly, even though I’m sure I bugged them more than most clients. In the end, we found the perfect vacation home and the process was smooth from beginning to end. If you are in need of a realtor, I highly recommend the Mary Cheatham King group. Thank you Kelly and the entire team for a job very well done!
