It has taken me a long time to come up with the words for this review. No matter what I write, I can assure you these words will not convey the immense value Liz Waine brings when you partner with MCKRE to sell your home. Admittedly, we did not go to MCKRE/Liz first, because EVERYONE uses Mary Cheatham/Liz so shouldn't I do my part to spread the love in town and give someone else a chance? Well, let me tell you, there is a reason EVERYONE uses Liz at MCKRE to sell their house. Because no one will do it better. Period. Beautiful, poised and personable on the outside with a tenacity, urgency and knowledge not found in any other sellers agent I know. Lord willing we will never have to sell another house, but if we do, you better believe she's the first call.

The Mary Cheatham King team is professional, responsive, and truly attentive to their clients' needs throughout the entire process. They make buying/selling a home easy and stress-free, and their knowledge of the local market was invaluable. Highly recommend!
