Laura and her team are nothing short of amazing. They thought of every detail, not only to make sure our transaction went through smoothly, but also to make sure every step was as easy on us (out of towners) as possible. Every question we had was answered throughly, thoughtfully, and promptly. We never felt like we were just another “deal” they represented- they truly take their professional roles personally. We are grateful for their assistance and 100% recommend them.

Working with the ENTIRE team at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate has been such a wonderful experience. They are incredibly professional, thorough and accommodating during every step of the buying process. As out of town purchasers of not one but two properties in Beaufort, their assistance with every detail made it much easier for us. Laura Montocchio led the MCK team for both purchases on our behalf and helped us to navigate all of our questions and concerns with local and industry expertise. We are so grateful we chose @mckrealestate as our partners!

We are so glad we chose MCK! Dara, Sheila and our entire team went above and beyond! We had a very difficult situation and they made the whole process stress free! They got us under contract quick and for excellent asking price! Would highly recommend!

Over the years we have dealt with several Real estate companies but our experience with Mary Cheatham King was one of a kind! They take a different approach to the project and split the duties up over several folks. You literally have a team of people guiding you through the process and it brings more professionalism to the process than I have ever experienced. Nice job and we truly appreciate the help and guidance to make this a pleasurable experience. Much thanks to our team! Blair, Kelly, and Jeannette

It doesn’t get any better than the MCKRE team. Liz helped us purchase a beautiful property in Emerald Isle. Her expertise and soothing nature helped make a purchase from a family friend a smooth transition. Lori was great to help move things along , and answer the many questions along the way. Don’t hesitate to call Liz to help sell your property, she is top notch !

Christina and her team at MCKRE were fantastic to work with. Christina referred clients to me who were moving from NC to Coastal Delaware. I was honored that Christina chose me to work with her sweet clients. Throughout the process, Christina and Sheila were professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. I highly recommend Christina!
