I had the pleasure of working with Laura Montocchio during my recent home buying experience, and the professionalism and knowledge of the market was incredible. I think the most impressive thing about Laura, was her team during the due diligence period. I must recognize Annie Peters who was amazing and her attention to detail was impeccable. Quick to respond, knowledgeable of the local area and real estate law, helpful, friendly, and professional — and even though they had a full load of clients when they were working with us, we always felt as if we were #1, especially with the timeliness of communication (which is extremely important in real estate!).
