Kelly Hefferon and Annie Peters were great! They stayed on top of every detail and kept us informed on next steps at every phase of our purchase. Kelly was very flexible and helpful even with last minute changes and Annie coordinated all the paperwork and administrative requirements We felt very comfortable with each phase despite living four hours away. I had the good fortune to work with Blair, Kelly & Annie team at MCKRE. Blair was very patient as we worked through a rubic’s cube of different considerations. We visited a number of properties on Emerald Isle and in Beaufort trying to find the right balance. Based on our feedback, they notified us of a newly listed property that checked all our boxes. Absolutely love what MCKRE does for the carteret community! Their Instagram is very insightful for locals or people visiting who want to know what’s happening in the community. Recently they published a girls weekend trip guide and while I’m not in the market for buying or selling a house I follow them for tips and ideas! Also love the Friday coffee chats on Facebook!
