While I have not used Mary Cheatham King Real Estate to buy or sell a home, I am grateful for their community involvement in my county. From organizing holiday events to support local families, such as toys for tots, supporting our local teachers, creating Carteret Curated so us locals know the happenings in the area and letting visitors know the best places to visit when in town, and coffee with MC on Friday mornings, they’re involved in all aspects of this community to make it a better place to live. They have created a business that not only involves real estate, but everything that goes with buying or selling a home so those buyers and sellers know everything there is to know about this community. Very informative and knowledgeable group of women, who always go above and beyond for this community. I highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about the teams at MCKRE. We have never experienced the level of service from both the buy and sell teams, they were on top of everything, every day. If we ever have the need again we will absolutely use MCKRE again.

We bought a house at the beach and Laura Montocchio, at MCKRE was our agent. Laura and her team did a fantastic job. They worked around our schedules and weekends, followed up promptly and assisted with all aspects of buying our home. They were great at recommending inspectors, contractors, etc and coordinated all of that. Very professional and thoughtful throughout the process.
