Over the years we have purchased and sold a number of homes and our experience with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate was far and away the best. Since we knew very little about the area, Elise was incredibly helpful , and she found us the perfect community and home. She and Annie were an absolute pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and communicative, and they made the entire process completely seamless from start to finish. We really can't say enough positive things about working with them! Thank you again, Elise and Annie! - Mitch & Jane Carroll

Dara Nicely, and Shelia Bup and their team handled the sale of my beach condo with great expertise, professionalism and efficiency. The process was smooth, with no surprises.

We have been working remotely with buyers agent Elise Lippincott on finding a home on the Crystal Coast for 7 months. Her dedication to service and passion for her job is unparalleled in my experience. Once the offer was accepted, we thought Elise's job was about over, little did we know it was just beginning. She introduced us to Annie Peters, the closing specialist, who guided us through every step of the closing process. Unfortunately, the transaction fell through during due-diligence through no fault of our MCK team. Elise and Annie were professional, understanding, positive, and diligent in navigating us through the entire process. We will be using Mary Cheatham King Real Estate for our next real estate purchase ... you've made a customer for life.

Laura Montocchio did a wonderful job as our buyers agent. She’s very detail oriented and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks during the closing process. She was a real pleasure to work with- always available and always quick to respond to any text or email.

Amazing service from these very talented ladies. They are super organized and will help you every step of the way through the purchase and/or sale your home. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience with MCK Real Estate! They were attentive, kept their 'to-do' lists, and were on top of all the details! I was never in the dark about anything! And they help so much on other fronts. I don't plan on selling my recently purchased home anytime soon, but if I do, it will be with MCK's group in a millisecond! Annie and Laura could not have been more helpful! GKI
