If you are looking for a Realtor, look no further. Our experience with the MCKRE team, especially Kelly Hefferon (buyer’s agent), Blair Van Courten, and Annie Peters, was truly top-notch. Having been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years myself, I was initially hesitant about working with a Realtor, much less a team. But, it was essential for us to find someone deeply familiar with the different neighborhoods and condo complexes, including their histories, prior storm damage, rental performance, etc. Blair was incredibly patient, answering every question and providing detailed, valuable information on each property we toured. Kelly stayed connected throughout the entire process, and when it came time to make an offer, the transition from Blair to Kelly was seamless. Kelly always had our best interests at heart and cared about the transaction as much as we did. Annie was phenomenal in coordinating and organizing all the closing logistics. Having worked in a competitive real estate market my entire career, I can confidently say the MCKRE team absolutely nailed it from start to finish. Their process is thoughtful, curated, and exceptionally well executed. I couldn’t be more impressed or more pleased with the entire experience!

They went beyond what was expected to make the process run smoothly by finding vendors for us for problem repairs, as movers, for deep cleaning, for carpet cleaning, for power washing, and for landscaping. We so appreciated not having to travel to Morehead multiple times to deal with everything in person. They handled everything cheerfully and professionally as our representatives.
