I had the good fortune to work with Blair, Kelly & Annie team at MCKRE. Blair was very patient as we worked through a rubic’s cube of different considerations. We visited a number of properties on Emerald Isle and in Beaufort trying to find the right balance. Based on our feedback, they notified us of a newly listed property that checked all our boxes.
