Ratings should be more than a 5!!! We wanted to get this (sale) over with fast and they did it. I didn't want to contend with showings any more than necessary. They controlled the "just curious" and brought us only highly motivated buyers. We had a tight timeline to close on this one to purchase our new home out of the area. This team is very detailed, dedicated, through and this was as painless as we have ever experienced. Christina was very responsive, even when out of town on vacay. We would definitely us them again if we ever relocate to Carteret County. Amazing Team work!
