Mary Cheatham King and her staff assisted us in selling a condo and in purchasing a house. I cannot say enough good things about them- their competence, willingness to help in every possible way, their accessibility, attention to detail and assistance in a crisis. We felt that we received a very fair price for our sale and that we paid a fair price for the house. The process of selling and buying was made so much easier with their assistance. After Hurricane Florence tore through the area, we had almost immediate contact by those working with us to determine if we had damage at our condo or the house and an offer to assist in anyway that they could. The closing of both was delayed. The condo received no damage but the house did. We were assisted every step of the way in determining the best course of action as repairs were made. Without doubt, we would use Mary Cheatham King again! They are wonderful!!
