Although we have not used MCKR to buy or sell a house “YET” (we will use them in the future). I have been to a number of events they put on and organize to help support our community. From charity runs , Toys for Tots yearly event, scholarships for our youth, and their continual support for local small businesses they are always willing to be much more than just Real estate they are big part of Carteret Counties everyday life.

I’m giving 5 stars because 6 are not available. We worked with Mary Cheatham to purchase an out-of-state property. There can be a lot of anxiety with purchasing a property that isn’t just around the corner. And you need a lot of trust in your agent to make sure they are representing your best interest. Our agent-team was on-the-ball in answering all our questions and ensuring that our best interest were represented. We trusted them completely. I would highly recommend that anyone buying (or selling) a house in Emerald Isle, NC work with the team at Mary Cheatham. You’ll definitely be in good hands.

I moved from Charlotte to the Coast a year ago and used Belinda and her team to look for a house to buy. As we all know, the market has been wild since the pandemic. Belinda, Lisa, Mary, and Brittany showed me houses for a year, to find the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier!
