They answered questions that I didn't even know I had, solving problems before they could come up. With homes going off the market the day they came on, Lisa jumped to show me properties the moment they hit the market to make sure I had a chance to put in a bid. Once they found me the perfect home, there were multiple offers by day 2 of being on the market. Belinda's expertise in negotiations and knowledge of the current market is the reason I'm living in my home today!! Belinda and Lisa both took me under their wing and made me feel like I was a part of their family and we're still friends till this day. Once going under contract Kate organized every inspection and kept all the moving parts lined up perfectly.
