Our first inclination was to sell our condo ourselves. But once we met with Dara from Mary Cheatham King, we realized that we just didn't have the knowledge and expertise needed to do so. The entire team from MCK was fabulous. There was clear communication and all questions were answered promptly. Our property was on the market for only about 2 weeks before we had a contract. In hindsight, had we decided to sell it ourselves, there is a possibility that it would still be on the market and we would have had MANY sleepless nights worrying about it.
