My family has had two outstanding interactions with what is a true team. A lot of businesses claim to work as a team but Mary Cheatham King and her agents define the word. They work together and communicate with each other and their clients seamlessly. We worked with Laura Montocchio to find a property and found a wonderful place their team represents at Inlet Cove that suits our needs wonderfully. We looked at many properties they did not have listed as well and she truly wanted us to find the best property possible and did nothing but listen to us and support our preferences. She and her team were friendly, professional and incredible in every instance and even though we have already closed Laura Montocchio is still reaching out to see if we need anything and has even offered to help secure furniture deliveries as they are delivered which is above and beyond once we closed! Mary Cheatham King is also as owner extremely hands on and aware of every situation and also communicated with us regularly. We also successfully and quickly sold our prior home with their team and expecting Laura to list it she instead generously shared us with another team agent, Christina Fulcher because she knew a lot about our neighborhood. Christina was equally outstanding and we sold our home for a record price and very quickly in large part because of their skills in representing our property with beautiful professional photos and their network and teamwork. If you want to work with the BEST team in The NC coastal area they are it!

We sold our home of 11-years with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. With three kids and so many memories involved, there were plenty of emotions. MCKRE went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I was anxious and anticipating a painful and overwhelming experience, but the MCKRE team made it shockingly simple; they walked us through everything and did all of the hard work. There was frequent communication and I never felt like ‘just another number’. Realizing we were one of their many clients, I honestly don’t know how they stayed on top of everything so flawlessly.
