As my wife and ...

As my wife and I were to discover, selling raw farmland is NOTHING like selling a home. Thank goodness, then, that we teamed up with the good folks at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate to advise, advocate and hold our hands through this nearly 2-year adventure. Special shout-outs to Liz and Lori who not only served as our selling agents, but who also did the nitty gritty work of attending rezoning and annexation meetings on our behalf. That's in addition to keeping us in the loop with all the many details this kind of sale involves.
