We have been developing a project with MCK and team for a while and they have done a great job. Most notably Kate Allen. She is wonderful to work with and is a real asset to the project. She has played a key role in the success of the project thus far.

And in this market, that's exactly what you need. They always had answers to all our questions (there were a lot) and left us with very little work to do on our end. The entire experience was great. Excellent information and assistance. The staff was very personable. Our only problems were when we failed to follow recommended directions. We were rather confused because we hadn't sold a property before. Things did turn out well in the end.
