I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this one demands that I do. Let me tell you I had the DREAM TEAM! Kelly, Annie and Blair were the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Being in Chicago, knowing that my team in NC were doing everything imaginable to make it easy for me. From our trip to NC to look at homes, to finding the perfect home, to being our "boots on the ground" when we couldn't be. I just can't even begin to stress how kind, considerate, trustworthy, educated, and amazing this team was! If you need to buy or sell a home, whether you have lived in Nc for your whole life or are living your dream by moving here, this is the team you NEED! This is the BEST customer service I have EVER received in any industry ever. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great group to work with!

Alyssa and her team made the sell of our condo so easy. She was an absolute delight to work with. Alyssa and her team answered our questions and “held our hands” throughout the process. Our beach condo sold in less than a day! And then Kelly, Blair and the entire team helped us purchase a home that we love. They concentrated on what and where we wanted to purchase so the home they found for us was perfect. Then they followed up with information about utilities, HOA, etc. so the entire process was so easy. We have recommended them to all our friends. Plus their involvement with community is so impressive!

They have an excellent network of professionals that handled inspections and legal work to get the deed updated. Their in house marketing was excellent.
