We had an amazing experience working with Brittany and Makenzie at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. After looking for property in Beaufort for 3+ years, the team located and alerted us to a home we showed them in passing a few months before. The negotiations with the seller went perfectly and we won the home in three days! Then the team guided us through the entire process of inspections, insurance, closing and much more. Both Brittany and Makenzie were friendly, responsive and professional. It could not have gone more smoothly. I cannot recommend this group enough! Thanks for helping us buy our dream home!
