Liz and the entire MCKRE team did a fantastic job on the sale of our home. They are communication CHAMPIONS -- rapid-fire, clear, detailed, and comprehensive. We were extremely pleased with the photography and our closing coordinator Lori was consistently on top of the timeline. We had a number of unique factors related to the sale that made pricing challenging, but Liz’s expert and no-nonsense advice was spot on and we were under contract almost immediately. The only downfall of working with MCKRE is that we are now spoiled and moving out of the area…. Wishing we could use their services in another state! We would recommend this team to anyone without hesitation — they are truly the best of the best.

In the beginning we tried to sell our house For Sale By Owner and even tried having our own open house with very little action. After a few weeks of being let down we started entertaining using an agent. We interviewed a few and Dara from Mary Cheatham King won hands down.
