In the beginning we tried to sell our house For Sale By Owner and even tried having our own open house with very little action. After a few weeks of being let down we started entertaining using an agent. We interviewed a few and Dara from Mary Cheatham King won hands down. She was definitely the best choice and she sold our house within weeks. We moved far away and she helped us with everything that needed to get done that we couldn't do and went above and beyond her job description to make sure the house was clean and presentable every single showing. The whole team was very professional and so easy to work with. We would like to thank Dara, Jessica, Shelia, and Danielle. If we forgot anyone we are truly sorry. We highly recommend Dara if you are looking to sell your home. We even recommended her to our daughter to sell her home.

We had an amazing experience with Laura and her team! Our process was not straightforward yet they were so consistent, positive, communicative, knowledgeable and just fun to work with. It was an extra special bonus working with Annie during the due diligence and closing prep part of the process. We felt they went above and beyond to connect us with needed vendors and their referrals were really good.
