Brittany and Makenzie are an absolute dream to work with. My friend and I just closed on our first property to flip this week and we could not have done it without their help. We enlisted the team to guide us in our journey to find the perfect first project over the summer. We had very specific guidelines for the ideal property, as financing can be difficult for first-timers. Not only did this not phase them, but they worked diligently over the months passing along potential properties, answering all of our questions, and fielding calls and emails on offers during weekend and late nights. They are incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel heard and supported throughout every interaction. I cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Recently, we sold a piece of property that was handled by Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. We were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end with the staff and how they guided us through each step. Melissa was very helpful on several occasions by answering technical questions regarding forms to be filled out and signed, to coordinating in the absence of a member because of sickness. These ladies were very knowledgeable and professional in their conduct of business and very pleasant and easy to work with in achieving our goal in the sale of our property. I highly recommend Liz Wayne with the Mary Cheatham King Group. She sold our vacation home before it was on the market. The communication from the selling team was the best. The photos were very professional. Every step of the way they were there to inform us and help us through this process . Since we did not live in the area, they took care of things we couldn't do from a distance. Again we highly recommend this group.
