I cannot say enough about the excellent experience I had with Alyssa and team at MCK. I read a review that mentioned what a well oil machine the MCK team is and that is my sentiment as well. I was back and forth for a bit about selling my house and not once did I ever feel any pressure from Alyssa and when I put the sale of my house on pause she was supportive and gave me time to process things and move at my own pace. Everyone on the team just stepped in and did their job in a very efficient and professional manner. Alyssa did an amazing job with negotiating the two offers we received on our house and I couldn’t be more pleased with how well she and the others handled every detail!

We had an extraordinary experience using Mary Cheatham King realtors to sell our home in Morehead City. Amanda, Alyssa, and Jeannette all supported us through the entire process as we dealt with problems getting the house ready for market - doing so all long distance. They went beyond what was expected to make the process run smoothly by finding vendors for us for problem repairs, as movers, for deep cleaning, for carpet cleaning, for power washing, and for landscaping. We so appreciated not having to travel to Morehead multiple times to deal with everything in person. They handled everything cheerfully and professionally as our representatives.
