My wife and I inherited a beautiful condominium at Pine Knoll Shores in the Maritime West complex. Mary Cheatham King Real Estate was recommended to us for the marketing and sale of our unit. Christina Fulcher was our listing agent and was the first member of the “crew” that we met. She was timely, pleasant, prepared, and very professional. We followed her lead and did everything as much as possible according to her directions. From Pleasants staging, to the photo shoot, and then to showing, and finally to closing in around three weeks, things could not have gone smoother.
