I cannot say enough good things about the group of amazing women who helped me sell my house (closed last Friday). Christina, Lori, Jessica, Landie, Kate, Pleasants. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, highly skilled, calm, and kind. I'd lived in my house for 20 years, so it was surprisingly emotional to sell it. They were so helpful in telling me that a lot of people feel that way. They walked me through the inspection, repairs, staging, and selling to first-time homebuyers, which was something I wanted to do. And in two days! They let me take advantage of their expertise while still being clear that they were there to implement my decisions. I plan to NEVER move again, but if I were to, I would use this group again in a heartbeat.
