My wife and I are in our 70’s and, as you might expect, have bought and sold many properties over the years. When we decided recently to sell our home in Indian Beach, we began the process of selecting a realtor with some degree of trepidation. Whether buying or selling, the agency you select will determine, to a large degree, the quality of experience you will have. Our experience with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate and, in particular, with Liz Waine was by far the most positive experience we have ever had with any real estate agency. Never have we experienced an agency that brought such an exceptional level of knowledge, expertise, personal care, client support, communication, professionalism, and teamwork. The team at Mary Cheatham King works together in such a highly organized manner that every step of the sales experience is managed flawlessly. Mary Cheatham King has assembled and supported a multitalented team of professionals. Each member of this team is highly skilled and experienced in specific areas of service to the buyer or seller they serve. Members of this team staged and photographed our home beautifully. Other team members advertised our home creatively and skillfully on all the right market platforms and media. Throughout the sales experience, the Mary Cheatham King team communicated with us in a timely, clear, positive, and effective manner. We felt as if we were in the loop at every step in the process. Any questions we had were immediately and clearly answered. As we dealt with offers on our home, we felt we always had the support of the Mary Cheatham King team. During each step, they provided guidance and expert advice, but always acknowledged and respected our interests and goals as their clients. When we accepted an offer, the team demonstrated again their expertise and organizational skill as they moved us seamlessly up to and through the closing experience. Our closing experience was managed so smoothly by Lori Harbin, a Mary Cheatham King team member with impressive expertise in the intricacies of the closing. The ability to build and support a team that blends high levels of knowledge, expertise, and skill with excellence in communication and a genuine commitment to a positive and pleasant client experience is all too rare. The Mary Cheatham King agency has achieved this goal. While we thought it important to emphasize the amazing teamwork at Mary Cheatham King, we want to close this review by extending a special thank you to our agent, Liz Waine. She is an absolutely amazing individual. Her intelligence, knowledge, and expertise were evident from our first meeting but, over the course of our experience with this agency, we were probably most impressed by her genuine concern for us as people. She communicated with us on an almost continuous basis, offered advice and guidance throughout our time together, and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the sales experience. Said simply, you just cannot find a better real estate agency than Mary Cheatham King Real Estate.

This was the second time we’ve used Mar Cheatham King Realty, - and just when we thought it couldn’t get much better, they move the goalposts forward with their responsiveness, knowledge, and execution. Nothing but high fives all around.

I have had the distinct pleasure of meeting many of Mary Cheatham King’s employees over the course of my nine years living at Harborside.
