While we do not normally leave online reviews, our recent experience with MCK Real Estate was so exceptional that we had to do so in this case. We recently spent several months working with Laura Montocchio as we searched for our vacation home at the beach. Laura was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, but she was extremely professional. We both have demanding jobs and Laura worked around our schedules and was available to us 24/7 to answer questions and make recommendations. Buying a property from long distance is never easy. Annie Frenzel was amazing and routinely went above and beyond, from meeting deliveries to going by the house to check on repairs. Her cheerful manner and "can do" attitude made a sometimes stressful process go much more smoothly. The entire team at MCK has a wonderful :"next woman up" approach and on the rare occasion when Laura and Annie were both tied up, Blair stepped in to help without missing a beat. Although we did not work with her directly, Mary Cheatham King called us after closing just to make sure that we were happy and to solicit feedback for any improvements they could make. As a business and real estate attorney for nearly 30 years I have worked with dozens of realtors in residential, commercial and investment transactions. Never have I worked with a group of professionals who uniformly exhibited such professionalism, dedication and caring. Although we love our new home so much we can't imagine ever selling it, if we do decide to do so, or if we purchase another property in the area there is no doubt as to who we will call. We can not recommend Laura, Annie, and the entire MCK Real estate team highly enough.

Hello. I would like to start out by saying this was my first home buying experience. It seems to me that in large fields such as real estate the easiest thing is probably product knowledge. The hardest thing is serving your customer. These guys did just that. From scheduling the quotes people, inspection people, and even once personally giving me a ride to the meet with the home inspector themselves as my lisence is in hiatus currently. They really went above what I expected as far as making things easy for me... And to a first time home buyer to say it's stressful is an understatement. If in market for housing these guys treated me professionally and didn't mind a lot of questions, phone calls, and the like. Fully would recommend for thoroughness and willingness to go a little farther to serve someone in the market. Go grab yourself some help with Mary Chatham King and her team. You won't be disappointed.
