Our laser engraving business, Scuffed Knuckles, Sawdust & Lasers, was introduced to MCKRE by Shelia Bupp to create some closing gifts for their clients. That initial project blossomed into a wonderful working relationship, and along the way I met Megan Millsap, who helped design our new logo and marketing package. We've done about a dozen real estate transactions now, and we've never come across a more impressive firm than Mary Cheatham King. We were initially skeptical of accepting dual representation, but our agent, Laura Montocchio, quickly put our minds at ease. Every step of the way, we knew that she had our back, and her firm's relationship with the developer made things smoother and quicker than we've experienced in other closings. Laura and Pati responded within minutes every time we had a question, and more often than not, *they* were the ones reaching out proactively to keep us updated.
