Everyone we worked with at MCKRE was great! I researched realtors in the area when helping my parents to sell their home. This firm by far out paced everyone else. Dara took the time to answer all of my questions and let me review all the documents before having my parents sign. Most importantly, they suggested a realistic starting price. The team kept us informed throughout the process. We had alot of showing and feedback and and offer we agreed on in just over a month of putting it on the market with MCKRE. They did all of this communication remotely which is even more impressive. They arranged the closing attorney and just made everything so easy for us being out of state. It did not take me long to figure out why everyone- and I mean everyone - advised me to use Mary Cheatham King Real Estate to find a home. First, you don’t get an agent- you get a team of very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and personable women. I can’t say enough nice things about my team consisting of Brittany Segur, Blair Van Coutren and Makenzie Ethridge. Another plus with this team is that I received daily updates of homes in the Morehead area in my price range. I avoided wasted time and looking through hundreds of homes each day.
