We have been working remotely with buyers agent Elise Lippincott on finding a home on the Crystal Coast for 7 months. Her dedication to service and passion for her job is unparalleled in my experience. Once the offer was accepted, we thought Elise's job was about over, little did we know it was just beginning. She introduced us to Annie Peters, the closing specialist, who guided us through every step of the closing process. Unfortunately, the transaction fell through during due-diligence through no fault of our MCK team. Elise and Annie were professional, understanding, positive, and diligent in navigating us through the entire process. Working with MCKRE, most notably Laura and Annie, has been a ‘match made in Heaven’. This wasn’t our first rodeo but it is our first new build in a beach setting. Laura and Annie have been our ‘cool splash of water’ when we needed it and our celebratory ‘high fives’ when all was won.
