The Mary Cheatham King Team was excellent to work with from pre-listing to closing and beyond! We worked with Alyssa Wallace and team. Alyssa and the MCKRE team were extremely professional from pre-listing activities all of the way through post-closing tasks (eg, returning our Spectrum equipment on behalf of us after closing). The pricing strategy was on-point - it was a joint effort between our ideal closing price as the sellers and the list price her professional team recommended. We received 2 offers within the first 48 hours of MLS go-live and ended up closing over listing price. The team took care of scheduling a pre-listing home inspection, took amazing photos and drone photography and held our hands along the way. They were always responsive and helpful.
