Kelly was very flexible and helpful even with last minute changes and Annie coordinated all the paperwork and administrative requirements We felt very comfortable with each phase despite living four hours away. I had the good fortune to work with Blair, Kelly & Annie team at MCKRE. Blair was very patient as we worked through a rubic’s cube of different considerations. We visited a number of properties on Emerald Isle and in Beaufort trying to find the right balance. Based on our feedback, they notified us of a newly listed property that checked all our boxes. We had it under contract before anyone else had a chance to even visit it. They were prompt and attentive to all the details getting us to closing, and have been super helpful since, recommending a wide array of excellent service providers that are essential to the smooth functioning of our new getaway. Working with them was the best decision we took. It made everything else flow as smoothly as possible. Obviously, they come very highly recommended from our side.

If you are looking for a Realtor, look no further. Our experience with the MCKRE team, especially Kelly Hefferon (buyer’s agent), Blair Van Courten, and Annie Peters, was truly top-notch. Having been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years myself, I was initially hesitant about working with a Realtor, much less a team. But, it was essential for us to find someone deeply familiar with the different neighborhoods and condo complexes, including their histories, prior storm damage, rental performance, etc. Blair was incredibly patient, answering every question and providing detailed, valuable information on each property we toured.
