Everyone we worked with at MCKRE was great! I researched realtors in the area when helping my parents to sell their home. This firm by far out paced everyone else. Dara took the time to answer all of my questions and let me review all the documents before having my parents sign. Most importantly, they suggested a realistic starting price. The team kept us informed throughout the process. We had alot of showing and feedback and and offer we agreed on in just over a month of putting it on the market with MCKRE. They did all of this communication remotely which is even more impressive. They arranged the closing attorney and just made everything so easy for us being out of state. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dara, Sheila, Amanda, Kenzi and the entire Mary Cheatham team for making selling a home a wonderful process.

Working with Alyssa and Jeannette has been a very enjoyable, easy and productive process. Alyssa kept us up to date on current market conditions for several years as we contemplated and prepared to sell. Once we decided to go ahead, she and Jeannette with the MCKRE team guided us through the process, responding immediately as questions or issues arose. Alyssa emphasized throughout that we were in charge in terms of pricing, timing, and other decisions but fortunately gave us the information and suggestions we needed to make what, in retrospect, were the right choices and adjustments in a changing and challenging market. Alyssa and Jeannette were friendly, patient, and effective and we feel fortunate to have worked with them.

The MCKRE team were marvelous. They navigated a difficult property market. They took care of all the details. They guided us in our decisions. The total time the property was on the market until real estate closing was just over two months. Could not be more pleased with the overall experience and we would highly recommend the MCKRE Team.
