Could not be happier with the experience of selling our home in Pine Knoll Shores(PKS). Christina Fulcher, Jessica and Lori and the entire Mary Cheatham King team kept us informed throughout the entire process from listing, showing and closing. Really appreciated our initial meeting with Christina as she was well prepared for the meeting, explained the sales process with no pressure placed on our decision regarding realtor selection. Also, as part-time residents, communications were consistent and timely regardless of whether we were in PKS or our out of state home. The delegation of sales responsibilities across the team was much more efficient than our prior home selling/buying experiences coordinated by individual agents. In short, definitely recommend for those selling or buying a home on Crystal Coast have Cristina and Mary Cheatham Reality on their list of realtors to be strongly considered.

If I could give them ten stars I would. I didn't have a single worry with Stephanie as my realtor; she was fabulous! The entire experience with MCKRE was seamless and almost entirely hands off on my part as a seller. This was critical as I was working through the sale remotely and had no access to the property and could not attend the closing. MCKRE made me feel completely comfortable with the process and 100% informed. The house was listed and sold in record time. MCKRE gives you access to a huge team of top notch professionals who are extremely responsive and with you every step of the way. I cannot recommend Stephanie and her team highly enough!

By far one of the best experiences we've had with any realty company. We recently purchased a piece of property to build our retirement home on. We had the amazing team of Kelly, Annie and Makenzie to guide us through this process. They made us feel as if we were the only client, when we all know they must be juggling many. Their communication was unmatched and they all showed great patience with us as we worked through the process. We were doing most of this from out of town and they made sure we were comfortable along the way. They were extremely supportive and routinely rearranged schedules to meet up with us when we were in town even when it was last minute. They got us all of the information we asked for, and learned a tremendous amount during this process. Sometimes they were sending us information we didn't even request, but proved to be so valuable with our decision to buy this particular lot. They truly are great at what they do. This group embodies professionalism, compassion and teamwork to the highest level. There were some parts of the process that almost seemed "too easy", simply because this group was so good at what they do. MCK Realty seems to take great pride in their community which is very apparent with their outreach and knowledge of the area. That was another appealing quality of this group. We are so blessed to have found MCK Realty and cannot thank Kelly, Annie and Makenzie enough for kick-starting our dream to live on the Crystal Coast. Thank you!

I have high praise for this wonderful realty group. From my initial contact about letting my home on the market to the sale closure they were always a step ahead with advice snd help. Even complicated issues (like sealing my septic system to insure it didn’t have a leak) were dealt with quickly snd professionally. I could always count on the group to advise me in matters that I knew little or nothing about - like estimating capital gains for varied sale prices. There was, throughout the process, a sense of being cared for, from big questions and concerns down to the smallest details. You couldn’t find a better reply team!

Their communication is impeccable, and their service is worth every penny. We have come to depend on them for market information relevant to our transactions, and even outside of them as well. It is a far reach to find anyone in the county more knowledgeable and worthy of your business. We are even realtors in the same MLS, and even despite, we chose to use them, instead of saving ourselves one side of the commission because of their local knowledge and reputation for getting the job done. I cant think of a bigger compliment to their service to give other than that.
