Such a great team to work with!

Working with Kelly, Blair and team at Mary Cheatham King has been such a relief and an eye opening experience for a first time homebuyer. We were told oh, you don't need an agent, you don't need help, you can do it on your own... good thing we didn't listen. We are so grateful for their knowledge, their resources, their care and just pure empathy for us as future homeowners. They were friendly as if we've been close before (came highly recommended amongst multiple sources), very punctual and open communication as well as so much insight. Their expertise of the area helped us secure our dream home while saving us a boatload. Their transparency and motivation helped us in ways we couldn't return the favor. Thanks so much! We REALLY appreciated both Blair and Kelly looking out for us as first time homebuyers. Their knowledge of the area, the market and their negotiation skills made us confident with our offer and the purchase. Once the offer was accepted, Annie came in to support us getting to closing. Another HUGE benefit of working with the MKE team is that you have a subject matter expert helping you at each step of the process. Annie helped with getting us through inspections, getting all our documents ready and making sure we had everything we needed for an easy close. We appreciate all the time you took answering questions and your willingness to get ALL the quotes! We could not have asked for an easier home buying experience.
