We had been looking for coastal property for years without any guidance other than the typical apps (Zillow, Trulia). We finally decided to connect with a local real estate group and boy are we glad we choose the MCKRE team. We waisted a lot of Blair Van Coutren's time over a two-year period, but she was so patient and every time we called and could visit to look at "the next" property she always made it work. Blair always seemed to be on the lookout for us and one day out of the blue while looking at a new build we noticed the lot next door which only had the footings in place, but we loved the lot. That's when the MCKRE team truly showed their expertise, knowledge of the market, and ability to get things done! Blair communicated with the developers and provided us floor plans and potential options we could choose in the process.
