We've done about a dozen real estate transactions now, and we've never come across a more impressive firm than Mary Cheatham King. We were initially skeptical of accepting dual representation, but our agent, Laura Montocchio, quickly put our minds at ease. Every step of the way, we knew that she had our back, and her firm's relationship with the developer made things smoother and quicker than we've experienced in other closings. Laura and Pati responded within minutes every time we had a question, and more often than not, *they* were the ones reaching out proactively to keep us updated. Every real estate transaction has its moments of stress, but three things make all the difference, in our experience: 1) your agent knows what they're doing; 2) they are 100% on your side; and 3) they are quick and transparent in their communications. On every count, Laura was one of the best we've ever worked with, and we will absolutely use MCKRE the next time we're buying or selling on the Crystal Coast.
