I had the good fortune to work with Blair, Kelly & Annie team at MCKRE. Blair was very patient as we worked through a rubic’s cube of different considerations. We visited a number of properties on Emerald Isle and in Beaufort trying to find the right balance. Based on our feedback, they notified us of a newly listed property that checked all our boxes. We had it under contract before anyone else had a chance to even visit it. They were prompt and attentive to all the details getting us to closing, and have been super helpful since, recommending a wide array of excellent service providers that are essential to the smooth functioning of our new getaway. Working with them was the best decision we took. It made everything else flow as smoothly as possible. Obviously, they come very highly recommended from our side.

As a buyer, working with the MCKRE team has been an absolute pleasure. Laura went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect place, and advocated for us during negotiations to ensure we were taken care of. Annie also made the offer-to-close process a breeze with her thorough coordination and constant updates.
