Mary, Stephanie and the rest of the MCKRE team are the best in their business. It's been a pleasure to work with everyone. We had other so-so experience selling & buying in Raleigh, Cary, Clayton, Portland OR, CA, Boston market but none compares to the professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency as what MCKRE delivered. This team of ladies are definitely one well oiled machine. It all started with great communication and having a sound strategy that can be executed promptly. If I could give them ten stars I would. I didn't have a single worry with Stephanie as my realtor; she was fabulous! The entire experience with MCKRE was seamless and almost entirely hands off on my part as a seller. This was critical as I was working through the sale remotely and had no access to the property and could not attend the closing. MCKRE made me feel completely comfortable with the process and 100% informed. The house was listed and sold in record time. MCKRE gives you access to a huge team of top notch professionals who are extremely responsive and with you every step of the way. I cannot recommend Stephanie and her team highly enough!

As a first time home buyer, Belinda Whitlatch and her team guided me through the buying process with such patience and professionalism. They answered questions that I didn't even know I had, solving problems before they could come up. With homes going off the market the day they came on, Lisa jumped to show me properties the moment they hit the market to make sure I had a chance to put in a bid. Once they found me the perfect home, there were multiple offers by day 2 of being on the market. Belinda's expertise in negotiations and knowledge of the current market is the reason I'm living in my home today!! Belinda and Lisa both took me under their wing and made me feel like I was a part of their family and we're still friends till this day. Once going under contract Kate organized every inspection and kept all the moving parts lined up perfectly. Could not be happier with the experience of selling our home in Pine Knoll Shores(PKS). Christina Fulcher, Jessica and Lori and the entire Mary Cheatham King team kept us informed throughout the entire process from listing, showing and closing. Really appreciated our initial meeting with Christina as she was well prepared for the meeting, explained the sales process with no pressure placed on our decision regarding realtor selection. Also, as part-time residents, communications were consistent and timely regardless of whether we were in PKS or our out of state home. The delegation of sales responsibilities across the team was much more efficient than our prior home selling/buying experiences coordinated by individual agents. In short, definitely recommend for those selling or buying a home on Crystal Coast have Cristina and Mary Cheatham Reality on their list of realtors to be strongly considered.
